Goreng telur

Sometimes you want to substitute this version of a simple omelet for tahu/tempe as a side dish.

2 eggs
4–6 green onions, chopped
salt, pepper
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Cook with a little butter or oil, making a kind of a flat omelet.
  3. When thoroughly cooked, fold in thirds, put on a plate, and cut into pieces.
  4. Bp. Wakidi eats this for a midnight snack with rice and sambal kecap.
