1 large clove garlic
1 long red chili (cut lengthwise and remove seeds)
4 small red chilis
½ tsp salt
Crush all ingredients together in a lemper. This sambal is very hot, as
the chilis are not stir-fried first.
Sambal tahu/tempe à la Lesehan Sri Wedari

at the Lesehan Sri Wedari. You'll recognize it if you've eaten there.
2–3 pieces of fried tofu or tempe
Crush the tofu or tempe into the sambal bawang with a lemper.
