Sambal kecap A

2 Tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 shallot, sliced
2 small red chilis, sliced.

Mix ingredients together and set aside for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

For eating with goreng telur.

Sambal kecap B

6 small red chilis
1 clove garlic
½ tsp salt

1 shallot, sliced
2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp kecap manis
  1. Crush chilis, garlic, and salt in a lemper.
  2. Mix shallot, tomatoes, and kecap in a small bowl.
  3. Add chili mixture and stir.
  4. Set aside for 5 minutes for flavors to blend.
For eating with sop.
